Arrived Broken

All 3 candles that I ordered arrived broken, sent an email the day I received them and have no heard back. That was over a week ago.

Very disappointing!

I have been a lover of the Birch candle for years, and thought I would try something different. There was absolutely no 'throw' of the scent from this candle after burning it for an hour...unless I put my nose directly into it!
Very disappointed with this one.
