Cedar wood smoke

I sent an email two days after my candle arrived. But did not get a response. The wicks produced a very low flame and after four hours of burning, created two tunnels in the candle. The candle did not burn well and had very little scent.

LOVE the scent but not burning well

I have sent email for help and cannot get a reply… The Cedar Wood Smoke candle is tunneling and the wicks are barely lit. I have tried your suggestions on the FAQ page. What can I do now?
