This scent is warm, fresh & delightful

While I’m sure that this candle smells awesome, this review is unfortunately for the customer service department and their policies. My package was marked delivered by USPS, but I didn’t receive it. The only way for me to show proof of mis-delivery is to contact the company to report that I didn’t receive it. To that end, I emailed customer service three times in one month and only received a response after the third email. I will never purchase from this company again.
