I wasn't expecting the scent I found when I discovered this candle. I was doing what I do in every candle isle, sniffing every candle on the shelves. A few were nice, others not so much. But, I can only describe this candles scent as that of my childhood campsite- that was, the smell of nature, the smell of community, and the smell of an east coast child's wonder. Growing up in the least mountainous part of the coast, I believe this candle's title is inaccurate. But that doesn't change the fact that this candle brought me back to a state of awe at the world most often lost after childhood. It is possible that not every person experiences the same nostalgia at this candles scent, but I am certainly grateful for it, and the experience is well worth what I paid for it. <3
